- If the order is received in a damaged condition, the consignee/ customer should report the damage condition to email@example.com within 24 hours.
- If the product arrived in a physically damaged condition, it will be eligible for a free replacement. Vaata reserves the right to ask for a digital image and/or video clip of the damaged product, to validate the complaint received. The customer should also fill a product complaint form which will be sent to the customer by Vaata.
Orders should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice should be enclosed.
- Order cancellation is not allowed after the shipment is initiated at Vaata’s end.
- Once the order cancellation is approved by Vaata, it would take 7 to 10 working days to issue the refund to the original payment method.
