Refunds & Cancellation

  1. If the order is received in a damaged condition, the consignee/ customer should report the damage condition to sales@vaata.com within 24 hours.
  2. If the product arrived in a physically damaged condition, it will be eligible for a free replacement. Vaata reserves the right to ask for a digital image and/or video clip of the damaged product, to validate the complaint received. The customer should also fill a product complaint form which will be sent to the customer by Vaata.
    Orders should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice should be enclosed.
  3. Order cancellation is not allowed after the shipment is initiated at Vaata’s end.
  4. Once the order cancellation is approved by Vaata, it would take 7 to 10 working days to issue the refund to the original payment method.
