Refunds & Cancellation

  1. If the order is received in a damaged condition, the consignee/ customer should report the damage condition to sales@vaata.com within 24 hours.
  2. If the product arrives in a physically damaged condition, it will be eligible for a free replacement. Vaata reserves the right to ask for a digital image and unboxing video of the damaged product, to validate the complaint received.
    Orders should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice should be enclosed.
  3. Order cancellation is not allowed after the shipment is initiated at Vaata’s end.
  4. Once the order cancellation is approved by Vaata, it would take 7 to 10 working days to issue the refund to the original payment method.
